Q: What do you sell?

A: WIENDATA supplies all Mainstream IT products, such switch/server/storage etc.

Q: What countries do you ship to?

A: We available for shipping worldwide.

Q: What is the lead time?

A: Lead time usually is around 1-2weeks (delay might occur due to Statutory holidays in China).

Q: How can I get a quote?

A: Please email us at wndt@wiendata.com to get an official quote; we will get back to you within one business day. If you click “request a quote” on our website, please make sure you leave your contact info so that we can reach you.

Q:What is the product condition?

A: Every item we sell is brand new. Most of our products are shipped from stock.

Q: How can I pay for my order?

A: We will send you a Proforma Invoice so that you can pay via wire transfer, or a PayPal Link that allows you to pay with your credit card. Please note that there will be a 3% PayPal fee applied.

Q: How do I check my order status?

A: Once your order has been signed off by WIENDATA, We will send you a Proforma Invoice and contract, we will keep you updated on your order status via email.
